Chinese IP downloading a lot of my torrents?

I've got a lot of torrents on CoTapers and right now I am uploading 5 shows to a single IP that appears to be from China.

Seems a little fishy. Is this something to worry about?

Hey, your spread your shows across China, you should be proud. 
Other than blocking the IP, what are you gonna do?

No problem with the Chinese listening to good music...just hoping I'm not sending out tons of spam or someone is stealing all my personal info (although that computer is exclusively a media/torrent server).
