Oade m148 > Oade R-44 Question
« on: June 14, 2011, 09:05:47 PM »
Should be getting my 148 this week. Wanted to see if anyone runs this combo and how you set you knobs. When running straight into the R-44 I keep the outer knobs at 12:00 and the inner knobs around there as well. I would assume with the 148 and it's fixed 20db gain, I should maybe keep the outer knobs at like 9:00 or somewhere around there. I'll hopefully be able to test this out Friday but wanted to gets some tips first.

he got a great deal on this.  was offered to me first and almost bought it just because it was the newer version and has new batts.  batts cost 120$ if u install yourself.  dutchman, u know how easy it is to run with the 148, u'll get your setting in order in a matter of seconds.   ed
