How do you fix SBE's with TLH?

I have some shows on my HD that have SBE's and was wondering what settings to use to fix them with TLH. Is there a tutorial on this somewhere?

After opening TLH:

> Tools
> Fix SBEs
> Add
> *select the files, make sure they're in proper order*
> set 'Mode:' to 'fix'
> select 'pad last file with zero bytes'
> Select re-encode level and output directory
> click 'Fix', confirm, and wait!
