DVD Battery Polarity?

I know the standard DVD battery has the standard Japanese EIAJ-02 (Rat Shack B Tip) connector on it (found on the D3,D7,D8,M1, D50, MR-1, etc)  what is the polarity of the connector on the battery though?  Is the Center pin Positive or Negative?
