I ordered that stand and the guy told me my Tbar would fit the stand.  Well, it dosnt ;/  I dont know what the measurements are.  That one you linked *looks* right ?  Is there a local place like radio shack or somewhere that carries that stuff I can walk in with stuff in hand so i can be sure to get the right one?  Are there other or better mounting options for my CA14s?

Bummer.  I'm not sure of many places that carry those kind of adapters besides specialty photo stores.  You can try a specialty screw/bolt shop if you have one of those around.  Do you know what kind of T-bar you have?  Is it something like this:  http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/286149-REG/AKG_KM235_1_KM235_1_Stereo_Microphone_Bar.html

As far as CA-14s someone else will probably know better than me.  I ran CA14s taped to a t-bar for a while but there are certainly better solutions.  They're so small that any number of DIY mounts work pretty easily.
Here's a shot of my t bar and the adapter: https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/c67.0.403.403/p403x403/231011_486498338077791_1780480721_n.jpg

that looks like a 5/8-27 female screw, but that tbar is suspect... Virtually all mic stuff in America is made to fit 5/8-27 threads, so I'd guess it is and it's just roughly tapped so it doesn't feel like it should fit. I'd get something like the two piece combo that Brian's referencing. Go to a decent photo shop and tell them you need two adaptors:

1/4"-20 (male) to 3/8"-16
3/8"-16 to 5/8"-27 (male)

Worst case scenario (and what I'd do if it wasn't a 5/8-27 based tbar); drop the odd tbar and get a standard piece. You probably won't find adaptors that really go outside of the above three stud/threads.

Looks like there are two adapters in the pic:  a 5/8"-27 female | 3/8"-16 male, and a 3/8"-16 female | 5/8"-27 male.  In which case, you'd only need the 1/4"-20 male | 3/8"-16 female adapter.  And page is right:  try a good photo gear store, I bet they'll have one.

Matthews 387032 highly recommended.  13.5' tall 58lb. Max load, so very versatile and sturdy although still run tie downs and sand bags.  I don't like monfrotto  hardware, go with their avenger proline, much better made.

...and if you're willing to add another 3.6 pounds of weight over the Matthews, check out this bad boy:

I don't think I'm going to need sandbags on this one.  :P
