Not quite as mini, but I have a rather small one with a clamp at the bottom end. They're meant to be attached to prams. Had to impregnate mine with some spray-on product because they're originally meant as sun screens but it works fine  at protecting various mics (and cameras) even in heavy rain. Admittedly, I won't take my 'real' mics into the Belgian rain forest but so far no damage to anything.

It doesn't say but if you contact the seller he might tell you. There is a lot under toy umbrella on ebay.

Yes, I think that's his rig from Phish Red Rocks '09. There are pics somewhere on TS.

It is kinda hard to tell how wide it is from those pictures it looks 6.5" long.
