Anybody recognize these mics/capsules?

Under circumstances too grim to mention, I lost one of these (threaded) omni mic capsules.  I believe they are ancient Microphone Madness but am not sure. Mic Madness doesn't make anything like them any more.

Does anybody know what they are, if they are still made and where I might find a replacement?

Did you try contacting them Microphone Madness? They could probably point you in the right direction or even have one laying around
