Topic: remote RM-PCM001 for Sony PCM-M10

Hello,

The record button on my PCM-M10 is stuck.  I tried cleaning with alcohol but no luck.  It seems mechanically jammed somehow.

So if I had the remote, I could still record.  I can't find this remote for sale anywhere.  I noticed a post from a while back where the poster was able to buy a spare remote from another member of the community. I don't know if lightening will strike twice.

Any help to get me able to record, would be most appreciated.

It might be worth a call to Sony to see if the remote control for the PCM-D50 (RM-PCM1) also works with the PCM-M10, because this replacement is available for the RM-PCM1:

Or see what the return policy is and just try it.

You've just given me the idea to see if the remote for my Sony PCM-D100 works with my M10 ... it doesn't.

I have a few of these m10 remotes brand new never used willing to sell it if you need one,let me know.
