Dummy xlr microphone plug to use when measuring mic input performance

What would be the correct xlr-plug-with-passive-components to use as dummy input load when attempting to measure mic preamps performance?
It must be a good simulation of balanced source impedances as well as allow a realistic dc load for testing with phantom power switched on.

150 ohm metal film resistor across the hot pins.

Actually a correct simulation of a cm3/om1 is
22microfarad in series with 50 ohms between 2&3, and about 17.2k, but matched to 0.1%, from 2 & 3 respectively, to 1.
