It’s been a while since those occurrences, but as I recall, I had one file that was corrupted, but recoverable with software. The couple others had small gaps of a few samples, some audible, most not. Once I figured out the cards that were at fault, I stopped using them and the problem went away. Now, I use Sandisk Extreme 150MB/s 64 GB (not because of their speed, but because they record reliably and were inexpensive).
As to your existing SD card, if it’s been used a lot, I’d run it through the SD Association SD card analyzer (
https://www.sdcard.org) to check its health and do a deep reformat.
