Here too, I conducted a test using Eneloop Pro NiMH batteries with the AT853 connected to the mic input.

^ Figured out you have to hit the "Display" button to save the time/date, I presume?

Problem solved. When I format my card the date gets reset as well.

I have been running Mupoer 3600 1.5v Li-ion and get about 25% longer run time than my Eneloop batteries. That is in my X6. Not sure how the Marantz would do.
