Topic: Convert 8mm to MP4

I just found some old family 8mm tapes that I would like dumped (no editing needed, just tape to file) to MP4 (or whatever the current proper video file type is).

Files could be shared on cloud, send to DVDs or whatever is easier for the person converting.

If anyone can help, please let me know.... if there is a cost or anything like that.... more hoping for a favor, as I dont have a specific timeline or anything like that, I just need them done so we dont lose the memories.
