I've been back in the studio recording for my bands next album, and I pulled some mics out "storage" to play with...and WOW. These M-Audio mics just kick ass. The Pulsar has to be the best SD "sleeper" mic out there for the money...and the LD multi-pattern Solaris is one of the best sounding mics for vocals I've used.
But those Pulsars....on the drum kit. PUNCH and SIZZLE
Love for M-Audio ?

Years ago I bought a set of Pulsars to use for recording my band rehearsals (mostly for 2 channel stereo recordings), served me well for over a decade. I never had a complaint on the tonality or fidelity, they always gave me nice recordings.
