PCM-M10 HELP - Not relinquishing memory??

Maybe confirm...  my PCM-M10 has stopped giving back memory even though all files are removed?

Does this mean it's cooked and I need a new one?

Are you using in the detail menu ---> FORMAT

Do you have a micro SD card in there as well?

Empty the trash if you are in Mac OS?!
Does this affect the internal memory, the SD card in the slot, or both?

I would try doing a quick format. Make sure you are looking at both the internal memory and the SD card.
