I have a set of Shure Beta 98/s. I do not have the Shure RPM626 to power them.
So here is the spec sheet:
https://www.ouvrezvosoreilles.fr/docs-techniques/beta98_specsheet.pdfBefore I get a pair of those RPM626s I have a question for those of you who know more about this than myself:
With polarity being "positive pressure on diaphragm produces positive voltage on pin 2 with respect to pin 3"
AND
these small mics needing 48v phantom, can I run a TA3 > XLR cable from the microphone to the deck? Do I need the RPM626 if it needs 48v?
At first I thought I could run these to my AT8533x power modules with a TA3-F > TA3-F cable, but they need 48v.
