EASE US data recovery software

I have used this once before with a small external USB powered HDD with great success. Just tried it again on a external HDD 12V drive and while I got all the data off it, it's no longer in its original folders. Just one folder named audio with one big shitload of wav files in numerical order. Other folders to, but not much in them. Not even any flacs.  :shrug:
