Y Cable for Senn Lav Mics Needed - Thread/Locking Female L-R Mini to Male Mini

I am in need of a cable that doesn't seem to exist in the marketplace. I own two Sennheiser lavalier microphones that I record concerts with in Washington, DC. To connect them to my recording device I need a Y cable that connects the two mono channels into female 3.5mm inputs and then outputs a single male stereo mini output. When I'm recording the connection to my Y cable becomes loose and I'd like to be able to lock the connections.
This is the cable I'm trying to replace/upgrade - 6" Y cable with L-R female input and single stereo male output.

I'd like the female inputs to be threaded and locking to allow my locking cable to screw in. Here is what the microphones male outputs look like. As you see they are locking/threaded but I cannot find a Y cable that is threaded to connect them to.

If someone here was able to produce this custom Y cable I would be greatly appreciative for sure. Thanks for your consideration.
