Meaning you're unhappy with the Sound Pros windscreens, even after getting replacements? I've had similar problems with the SP-CMC-4U windscreens — the foam part tends to come apart from the plastic housing.

Meaning you're unhappy with the Sound Pros windscreens, even after getting replacements? I've had similar problems with the SP-CMC-4U windscreens — the foam part tends to come apart from the plastic housing.

 
Yes and I've even bought the Audio Techinca ones which fall apart. I've heard of a rubber/plastic one that slips over the mic capsule but I can't remember what its called

Yes and I've even bought the Audio Techinca ones which fall apart. I've heard of a rubber/plastic one that slips over the mic capsule but I can't remember what its called

The 4U windscreens are $20 a pair, I may just buy a couple pair and treat them as an ongoing expense like batteries:

I'm sure you can get a batch of screens that fit for pretty cheap, but they won't be locking.
