JB3 or D8 for newb?
« on: July 01, 2004, 09:30:44 AM »
A buddy of mine is jumping into the taping gig (doh!...he has been bitten ;D )  Prolly a patcher for a bit and not endless $$.  Since there has been a ton of discussin on JB3's it would be nice to have a JB3 sectioin that lays out what is needed and various options (from patcher to full rig). Also I heard they don't make the 20 G model any more???

So lets hear it folks so it can be archived (maybe I should look first but I'll ask any way and then look...since I don't jb3 I don't follow the threads to much).  Basically I told him if he doesn't mind 44.1 recording on the master it would save him a lot of work.  Else find a good deal on a used D8 and 7 pin.

thanks and peace
