ok mine does the same thing, the second i plug it in to charge for the first time, the Creative Labs power up screen just stays ther ith no backlight, HELP

get out paperclip, bend it so one end is straight, insert into little hole on bottom of JB3, go tape a show...........

if you have tried all the usual stuff you might want to contact creative tech support and make sure you get a trouble call number before the 30 days is up......
