Topic: power light flashing?

i thought i read something here about a flashing UA-5 power light.  So mine started that tonight, either it was messed up, or i was out of it.  I had the deck, and pre plugged into a power strip together, the only things on it and it started flashing while my dat was on.  I could only guess that it was not supplying enough power cause it works fine when i run a SLA for my dat.  anyone else have anything weird like this?  i've been searching for the last 45 min, nothing.  i'm gonna check oade.

The power button on your UA5 will flash if you have it set to 24/96 and the ADV switch on the back is in the OFF position.  Turn off the UA5, flip the switch to ON, and turn that bitch back on.  It should work.  Also I *think* if this switch is turned ON and you are running 16bit you need to turn it OFF.  So ya check out the back of your UA5...switch located near the USB out.

thanks becky, i was worried, but i got it working, it was weird, i'm gonna mess with it a bit here today, after my guitar lessons and see if i can figure it out.  Maybe thats why i couldn't get it to work via usb.  It works fine to transfer but not to work it live.  Thanks. +T in 12 hrs. peace.

Think it does that on protected media too... Check the manual archive, there is a UA-5 manual in pdf...
