Studio Projects C-4 Pairs?

I have seen these mics around for dirt cheap on the net and they allways get pretty good reviews! but what is the are the tapers opinions? has anyone used these? do they suck?

jpschust around here tends to fluff them quite a bit.  I say they're great for the money.

I recorded NEM/SCI/ABB at Red Rocks last night using the C4 cardioids XY into a Mini-Me.
I'm pleased with the recordings. It's the first time I've used them, and I haven't had the time to set down and REALLY listen. My first impression is favorable.
