Has anyone tried it? Are the mics hot enough?

I have not tried it (I am currently running M200s->MP2->Mod SBM1), but I will say these mics are hot.  Running the MP2 on no gain, using XLR outs to the SBM - the most I can get to is 3 or 4 on the SBM dial.

Yes, the m210s are the hottest of the mics I've run. With the Beyer or the Sax going into a sbm-1, I always had the MV100 set to +20 (the minimum) and the sbm was at +4 and a few times below that. The Sax could go from 0 - +76 and I never had it about +20.
