There's a free trial at Red Chair Software.  Once the trial expires, if you like it you'll need to buy to continue using it.  I don't believe they offer a freeware/shareware version, only the temporary trial version.

I just downloaded it and there is no time limit, the only thing is that it doesn't transfer from the NJB3 to the PC.  Gotta shell out $25 for that.

Ahhhh...either they've changed the trial or I recalled incorrectly from my trial experience.  Thanks for the update, Andy!

i seem to recall the same, except you couldnt transfer more than 1 track at a time, and you couldnt transfer data files

trial must have changed
