i love to get a new rig now and therefore i need some help
!.
i taped a lot of shows with my okmIIr mics over the last years and now want to switch to a pair of "shoeps mk4s" cause i have heard so many great recordings done with them.
now my questions:
1 ) where would you recommend to buy them ? who sells them for the best price
?
2 ) what kind of active cables should i get for the mics ?
3 ) i need phantompower - right ?. which one would you recommend ?
4 ) i am using a sony d100 for recording. what else besides mics, cables and phantompower do i need as well ?
i would be really thankfull for any answer
