what dvd's to use to burn flac?  somehow, i ended up with a stack of dvd+r  4x rw

when goingto burn dvd, they don't even show up as media.  any help?
we all live downstream.

so they are RW? meaning re-writable or erasable? might not recognize that media. have you tried a standard blank?

my toshiba is a DVD - R  not + R.  Might want to double check that.

Some types of media need to be formated before use.
I don't have 1st hand dvd experience but maybe formatting would solve
your delima.

how exactly would you go about formatting a dvd-r?  i don't think thats possible.

chances are the dvd burner is -r.  also, some dvd media just won't work with some dvd burners.  it happens.  if you can, i'd take the stack back, or sell them on ebay or something.  I bought some cheap dvd-r's once, and my drive wouldn't recognize them either.


Because nothing says "I have lots of money and am sort of confused as to how to spend it" like Bose.
