D8 Water Drop Indicator/Problem?
« on: July 07, 2005, 06:16:26 PM »
Went to the DMB show last night.  My D8 got soaked with beer and God knows what else.  It wont load the tape and there is what looks to be a water drop blinking light flashing on the deck now.  Anyone know anything about this?

condensation, open it up and hope she dries well enough, also, wipe down the outer side of it w/ a damp cloth to take off the beer layer of scum!

hope it works out

humidity indicator.  I don't think the deck will operate until the humitidy drops within operating range.  The sensor may have been f'd by the spillage.

I'd send it to Pro Dig for a clean & lube.

I was there - the crowd sucked last night.  I had enough within the first hour.
