Head-Room

:-\  O.K. what would be the more likely option in my case? (reverb hates my rig) 1.  Set up further from the stages and try to get close to 0 dB's or 2.  set up closer to the stages and leave myself plenty of head-room like -10 dB's to -20 dB's.
I know that trying both would be the only real way to findout but I am hoping someone has already figured this out.  By the way my gain adj. is set up for only 5 dB increments.

set up closer to the stages and still try to peak out at ~0dB.   ;D

If you are worried about clipping click down that dmic20 by 5dB, that is plenty of headroom.
