Freely downloadable at Waves.com. I assume you have done this....

I'm also looking for the L3 ultramaximizer. I d'ld the 14 day trial, and NOW when I need it most, am locked out. I recently d'ld the Waves 4.0 plugins and just don't like the L1 compression.
