km140=km100 mic bodies+ ak40caps prolly includes windscreens and mic clips

skm140=km100 mic bodies+ lc3ka active cables+ ak40 caps+ stereo mounts (xy & ortf)+ windscreens+ the nice pretty box

my skm kit didnt come with windscreens, i had to buy those separately.

but i got that pretty box that looks pretty in the closet collecting dust, HAH!

they're also supposed to be a matched pair.  may not be sequential.

neumann generally doesnt match, even for stereo pairs- their contention is that their quality controls are so stringent that its not even noticable from the same batch
