Microtrack USB cable replacement
« on: March 06, 2006, 02:16:30 PM »
I'm looking to pick up an extra USB cable for my Microtrack.  Does anyone know where I can find something compatible.  Preferably with a smaller shell on the minature connector side so it doesn't interfere with a coax cable when connected.

Thanks!

just so you know, it's very easy to take a swiss army knife (or something similar), and shave off a few millimeters of excess plastic from the mini-USB end. that's what I did and it works great, the mini-USB connector and the S/PDIF coax connector don't touch at all.

Thanks!  Dremel tool already took care of that.  I'm just looking to have a second handy.  One for charging and one for external battery power.

Im not positive, but the usb cord sent with the m1 is just a generic cable that is used for many electronicthings, I have a few lying around the house
Seriously, the band makes the music. Tapers just point mics in the right direction and hit "record".

That's good to hear!  The last patcher I had complained about my AKGs, fluffed schoeps for about 15 minutes, stayed patched in, and farted on me all night long.

Um, in my room, one seam is a little off and I stare at it constantly. It's, like, destroying me.
