im wondering the same thing, either way tho, im sending him my extra jb3/usb cable to see if that helps, cause when i try to upgrade firmware once i reformat the jb3, it ONLY lets me use the usb cable, somtimes 1394 is fine, VERY picky at times can the jb3 be

You still need the creative drivers but this app smokes the other creative software.
