SP C4s and the PS-2
« on: May 11, 2006, 09:33:46 PM »
I searched around and didn't come up with the answer to this question.

Can anyone tell me how long the PS-2 will power a set of C4s with a normal 9 volt battery? A point in the right direction would be great.

Thanks in advance!!

I've only been running c4>sp2 for a little while, but 3-4hrs is what I would expect.  I would do my own testing, though.

I used the PS-2 to power my 480s for Govt Mule.  2 1/2 hours, no issues.

yes sir....its me....I get about 4 hours out of a standard 9volt with the ps-2, but it all seems to depend on how high the gain is set on your pre....ive had to turn the gain way up before and it killed them in 3 hours and ive had the gain all the way down on the ad-20 and they have lasted longer than 4 hours......4 hours is a safe number to work off of for the ps-2...not sure how long the batts last after the led comes on....
