MBHO dealers

Can anyone point me in the direction of some MBHO dealers.  I need to replace 2 603a cases.  Cascade Media has been giving me the run-around.

Not to thread hijack, but... What can you get as far as capsules?  I'm may be looking for a set of Omnis for the 603s  probably the DKs.
