Software or player to tell DVD length
« on: October 04, 2006, 11:42:10 AM »
I need a software packing or DVD player that will tell me the length of a DVD in minutes.  Sorta like Window Media does for an audio cd.

Thanks

Drop any VTS_0x_0.IFO file onto ifoedit and you'll see everything there is to know about that titleset. You can read the length of the titleset by looking at the last chapter in the  PGC list, where it says "pos: HH:MM:SS.ff".

If this is overkill, you can rightclick on powerdvd and check "show information".  WinDvd has an info button at the top of the player window.
