I have nothing to complain about. The 2GB split is nice, and I haven't had any wrong wav headers yet either.

Is the split at 2GB seamless or is there a noticeable gap?

The only test that I did was recording household noise, with the internal mics. It seems to have been a seamless split. I watched it roll over at 2gb, or, 2h04m??sec, and it immediately starting counting off the new track.
Others have reported seamless splits, in other threads.

so has everyone's experience with the 1.10 release been positive so far?

i've got my final exam tonight, and some time off of work coming up too, so i'd like to get the new firmware and test it out during the down time.
