One of my JB3s wont work with USB - I suspect the jack is broken somehow...

Firewire works like a charm...

Software would be the last thing I would suspect...

try a different usn plug if you have more then one
mine only works in 1 of the 2 plugs for transfering
it will show up as being plugged in but thats it, if i try the other plug it shows up and works
