Cassette,to flac to cdr

I have roughly a dozen cassettes of a band i recorded years agao.They were only a local band,not signed or anything,just a decent local band.Id like to have these rough( dictaphone...its all i had at the time)recordings transferred from the original cassettes to flac and burnt to cdr.i dont have the know how when it comes to doing this kind of thing( its too easy to say im being lazy) ,which is why i need someone with at least half an idea what theyre doing.I will obviously not expect this kind of thing done for free( if anyone is actually interested at all).By the way the tapes were recorded on a full size cassette dictaphone and not a micro cassette recorder.

I've done cassette transfers many times (started taping on cassette, then went to minidisc), and I'd be happy to help you out.
