pre emphasis and soundforge

i am trying to transfer some dats that were made w/ pre emphasis. can anyone help me de- emphasize them with soundforge 7?

I assume you have some sort of EQ, either built in, or with a plugin.  here are the EQ settings to de-emphasize a recording:
gain = -9.4 dB
Frequency = 5225 Hz
Q = 7.0

not sure which plugin you are using, and I've neved used Sounforge, so I can't give you any more specific advice.
