Topic: Help with an interesting problem (sampling rate)

so, i was recording SBD > V3 > JB3 for an opening set.  i started to record on the jb3 and then noticed that the V3 was set to 48 for sampling rate.  without stopping the jb3, i changed the sampling rate on the V3 to 44.1 and kept recording.  after the set was over and i stopped the jb3 i noticed that the jb3 said that i recorded at 48.  i figured no big deal i'd take care of it in post.

i transferred the recording to my computer and it shows up as a 48 sampling rate.  i opened it up in cd wave and converted it to 44.1.  but it still sounds all chipmunked.  is this thing toast or can i fix it so it's usable?  thanks in advance for any help!
