thats cool.

there is a charcoal grill (that I really want)  that they call "the big green egg". It looks just like this.  covered w/stone on the inside.  sweet grill.

Wow...as soon as I opened that link I thought of the Big Green Egg too. I have one (big green egg), and it kicks butt -- highly recommended. I'll throw my mics in it next time I cook and see if I can capture the delicate sounds of meat sizzling with any degree of accuracy.
