MIC2496 powering CMC4(AT853) directly?

Is this possible? Thought I'd ask here before I go moving jumpers.

You can either move the jumpers for plug in power or get some phantom adapters.  I bought some phantom adapters because I got tired of opening it up and changing the adapters each time I wanted to use my different Mics.
