just leave the torrent open... after an hour or two mine seems to start working for no reason and then goes fine from then on.

I have enabled encryption, and when I have it minimized it seems to just start up from time to time, but when I click and open the screen all of the torrents drop down slowly to zero bytes.  I am beginning to hate Comcast even more.

sometimes changing that tcp-port you are reachable from the outside will help. it did the trick for me.

not sure what your problem is, but with utorrent, all odf my stuff goes up and seeds immediately.

maybe try downloading the torrent file from teh site after you upload it, sometimes there are passkeys or other things the trackers add.
