« on: June 21, 2007, 03:42:47 PM »
i chose to have the deriver run. it's been about 30 minutes since i did so. everything seems in order on the show page except there are no derivations and no streaming. is there something i'm missing? TIA here is the show page  http://www.archive.org/details/kdtrio2007-06-10

sometimes it takes a little while for the derivations to get made.  the derivative formats will start to pop up as they get made.  I'd give it a few hours before really getting worried about it.

you can always check the item history link off to the side to see if there is an error. If there is a line item will be highlighted in red.

theres been a lot of delays with some of the servers lately, a couple of my derivatives took over 2+ hours earlier in the week, what Shawn said above is the best tool to check

Yeah, the process is typically that it runs the checksum on all of the files first, then figures out which files can actually have derivatives made, then figures out if any derivatives are actually made in the first place. THEN it creates a derivative plan and runs it. :)
