Topic: Can this static be removed?

I have a MMW recording that I transferred from DAT, but the second half of the show has this light static that I'd like to have removed so that I can circulate this show since it's not out there and is an exceptional show.

If anyone can show me what to do to remove this, if possible, you'd be a world of help to me.

I dont think I can show you how to remove it (unless ya run wavelab and waves plugins) but I can remove it for ya if ya like.
