Hello,Well after 1.5 years the internal battery on my MT-24/96 is starting to crap out. The internal battery will only last about 80 minutes now on a full charge. I have an external Macally USB battery pack BUT I would llike to install a new battery in the MicroTracker too.M-Audio support charges $75 to install a new battery. OUT-FUCKING-RAGEOUS!!Are there any vendors here that will do it for less (hopefully with a "better" replacement battery too).thanks,David

If so then I say its not too bad of a price...but if they want $75 plus the cost of having to ship it in and back long with insurance I would say that is a rip
Just use an external battery pack, eg., 4AA NIMH cells.Consider the internal battery as a built-in UPS, lol.If you want to sell it, I might be interested, to use as described above. Richard

Definitely a "focking rip."
